How to experience Concept training:

In the Classroom: a hands-on approach for learning new skills which can be applied back at base. Face-to-face, instructor-led training with practical examples, delivered in a training environment which is ideal for optimal learning.

Training can be conducted on a replicated database, giving the ideal opportunity to test and analyse the capabilities of Concept in a ‘safe’ environment.

At your workplace: bringing the Concept course to the workplace of your choosing. Our range of courses can be customized or new courses, workbooks and quick guides can be developed to suit your requirements.

Additional services from our Training consultants include:

Short, user-focused training sessions to address the needs of different users at differing levels.

‘Trainer for Hire’: a trainer on site for the day without a set agenda*.

‘Walk the floor’: bridging the gap between the classroom and the workplace by adding a day of floor-walking following your course completion, to assist and answer questions from your team on your go-live day.

At ASSET CONTROL we pride ourselves on our support staff who, through years of experience of working with facilities management software and facilities managers, have built up a comprehensive knowledge as well as powerful tools, to be able to successfully provide you with the support you need – answering any questions you have about our Concept™ product range and our Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) solutions.

Skilled at replicating and resolving even the most elusive of intermittent problems, ASSET CONTROL’s support staff will stay engaged until your problem is solved, and will guarantee an initial response time of less than two hours.

Support Statement

Our software support is provided at different service packages which includes telephone support and software upgrades. Our support helpdesk is available between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). This software support service includes:

Response to a call, e-mail notifying us of a problem (guaranteed) within 2 hours of receipt

An undertaking to provide solutions or alternative workings for all Concept™ errors and malfunctions (if they occur)

Online computer aided facilities management Support (via remote dial in) – promising speedier resolutions as support have hands on access to the reported issue

But please note, our Support site, and Helpdesk, is unavailable to any site/persons not covered by an up-to-date ASSET CONTROL support contract agreement
